Documents Needed
Copy of ID, last 3 months' payslips, last 3 months' bank statements, signed offer to purchase or building contract.
Copy of ID, last 6 months' bank statements (personal and business), latest 2 years' financial statements or tax returns, signed offer to purchase or building contract.
Signed offer to purchase or building contract, NHBRC certificate (for new builds), title deed details, and property valuation where applicable.
Proof of residence not older than 3 months, existing bond statements if applicable, and any other documents requested by the bank or BetterBond during the process.
